• Check Return Inspect blower housing
• Check temp on vents Inspect return grills
• Clean heat sensor
• Check air pressure & temp on vents
• Change filters (standard sizes)
• Blow out condensation drains
• (Some clogs additional charge)
• Inspect thermostat operation
• Inspect duct work

* We come out twice a year, any repair under $200 is covered under the agreement.
